Wisdom Ways
is about bringing balance and healing to our being and trusting our innate wisdom to guide us through life’s challenges. Counselling and psychotherapy are offered to support you through the most difficult of times. Coaching is offered to support you landing in a place you want to be, emotionally or practically. Enriching and uplifting workshops and retreats are offered to deepen and grow your awareness and experience of self, in order to optimise life and relationships.


Sarah Williams
Sarah has experience spanning 35 years in the therapeutic fields, mindfulness practices and personal growth. She works as a psychotherapist offering in person and online sessions. She facilitates groups in mindfulness, personal growth and self awareness practices, offering personal consultations, bespoke workshops as well as retreats and public workshops. She worked with Lifeline for 9 years as a counsellor and training facilitator. She is currently studying her postgraduate clinical training in Gestalt Psychotherapy and brings a holistic focus to how trauma and life events impact mind and body.
Background
‘I started my conscious journey of self awareness at the age of 17 when I was initiated into Transcendental Meditation which seeded a lifelong practice, curiosity and learning about what it is to be human in all the facets of who we are mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. How we identify with ourselves, our bodies, our ‘wellness’, our relationships with self, family, friends, environment, work, love and the whole thing. By my late twenties I started working in counselling, healing and various wellness modalities. In between I had two beautiful children and a 15 year career working at national level in the not-for-profit sector in humanitarian aid and environmental agencies in the field of communications and fundraising. As I step back fully into my work with the wisdom ways, I know I am ‘home’ and look forward to sharing this with you’.
